Added a page for hot water energy saving devices. The NZ made Senztec EcoStat is listed so far. 

Also added a page with brief information on non-electrical hot water energy saving devices and methods. I am not expecting to expand this area much but I am always happy to add more information about products or methods there if it is useful.
